What types of accommodations do you offer?

The Coconut Cottage and the Honeydew Cottage are charming two-bedroom cottages perfect for recuperation. We are not a medical facility and don't have nurses or medical staff, but we have comfortable accommodations with amenities to support your rest and recovery.

Are there cleaning or other fees?  

We use experienced cleaners who do a full detail clean between guests. For stays of fewer than 4 nights, we charge a $150 cleaning fee to help offset cleaning costs. We used to not allow shorter stays, but we've had enough people who are okay with a cleaning fee for shorter stays, so now we offer the option.

What is your cancellation policy?  

We know life happens. One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

 

Is there parking available?  

Yes. Each cottage has two off-street parking spots for you and your friends. Parking is included, and spaces are not assigned.

Are linens and towels provided?

Absolutely. We provide plenty of fresh linens and towels for your convenience. Everything is laundered in unscented/sensitive skin detergent. All soaps, shampoos, conditioners, and body washes provided are non-toxic, cruelty-free, and unscented.

Do I get a daily clean?

We clean the cottages thoroughly between guests but don't provide any more cleanings during the stay. If you would like, we'll happily provide pricing from our cleaning team. We have provided everything from daily linen changes and cleans to just a time or two during a stay. We are happy to accommodate whatever you need.

What amenities are included?  

Our cottages offer essential amenities, including High-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer, remote-controlled adjustable beds, low-threshold step-in showers, and private outdoor spaces. Some also feature a BBQ grill. Refer to the pictures of each cottage for more details.

 

What's nearby?  

We are in a residential neighborhood north of Atlantic Avenue, Pineapple Grove, and Delray's public beach. They are also close to food, shopping, nightlife, tennis, golf, and more. We're just a block from an authentic French Bakery and a French Patisserie across the street—excellent coffee and food. There's a CVS, Chase Bank, Publix, Walgreens, UPS Store, and more, just south of the bakeries.

 

Is there a minimum stay requirement?  

No, but $150 cleaning fee will be applied to any stay less than four nights.

Is there Wi-Fi available in the cottages?
Absolutely! Each cottage has complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi to help you stay connected during your getaway.

 

Are there grocery stores nearby?

Yes, There's a Publix a third of a mile from here, with sidewalks the entire way. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Fresh Market, Walmart, and Target are just a short drive away. Every place delivers, and you're welcome to have your groceries delivered on your check-in day. If you want to have things waiting when you arrive, just let us know the delivery window, and we'll bring things in and put them in the fridge/freezer.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am.

Do the cottages have air conditioning?
Yes. All our cottages have air conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable during your recovery.

What safety measures are in place?
We prioritize your safety with secure locks, smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers in each cottage. Feel free to ask about any specific concerns.

Are there laundry facilities available?
Yes, all cottages have full-size stack units in the kitchen. Free & Clear laundry detergent is provided.

Can I bring my nurse? What about friends and family?
Absolutely. We do not charge extra for additional guests, but the maximum overnight occupancy is 4 people.

Are the cottages pet-friendly?  

We love pets very much but don't allow them to stay anymore. It's not you; it's us (and allergies). Dogs and cats are excellent, and we love them.
