On a prime corner lot in the hottest neighborhood in East Delray sit four newly renovated vacation cottages.
Sidewalks and a bike path out front make this a perfect spot if you love to walk or ride. The cottages are within walking distance of the beach (1 mile straight East), Atlantic Avenue (10 blocks South), or anywhere else you might want to explore.
The spaces are designed for maximum privacy, stylish comfort, and relaxation with well-stocked pantries, kitchens, and linen closets.
A guests-only, shared saltwater pool was added in 2022. It features a tanning ledge with loungers, an in-pool umbrella, and a heater and chiller to keep the water at the perfect temperature.

Two chaise lounges for comfortable sunning are provided. A six-foot tall fence surrounds the pool so that you can swim or relax in total privacy.

No lifeguard is on duty, so a release must be signed by any person using the pool to confirm that use of the pool is at your own risk.

The French Bakery
A traditional French bakery that serves a variety of breads and pastries using artisan labor and equipment. This is an easy walk from the cottages, although parking is available if you want to drive. Fresh coffee, tea and drinks are available, and both indoor and outdoor seating.

City Oyster & Sushi Bar
Featuring fresh seafood delivered and prepared daily a full sushi bar, and a rotating selection of fresh oysters from the East and West Coast. They have incredible house-made desserts, pies, bread, crackers, and pasta and one of the best wine lists in the country. Recommend the on-street valets on Atlantic Avenue.

Lionfish Modern coastal cuisine
Twice recognized as a James Beard Foundation Smart Catch Leader, Lionfish Delray Beach brings sustainable, high-quality, modern coastal cuisine to Atlantic Avenue with fresh catches, grass-fed meats, and local, seasonal ingredients in an approachable, casual setting. Recommend the on-street Valets on Atlantic Avenue.

Cut 432
This was named one of the 10 Best Restaurants in Delray beach, it's especially known for its incredible steaks, but they cater to all tastes and appetites. Even vegetarian! The menu includes Raw Bar selections, seafood specialties, and American Classics: chicken, pork chops, ribs, and a rack of lamb. Recommend the on-street Valets on Atlantic Avenue.

Caffe Luna Rosa
On A1A, just south of Atlantic Avenue, Luna Rosa features some of the best alfresco dining and an open-air elevated dining room directly across the street from the beach. The food is top-notch, and the brunch is amazing. This spot needs to be on your list for your trip to Delray. There's a valet on Atlantic Avenue just a little West of the intersection at the beach. Get your valet ticket stamped at Luna Rosa for discounted rates, or park along the beach if you can find a spot.

Gary Rack's Farmhouse Kitchen

ABOUT
Hello! I'm Ann—owner of the Cottages of Delray. When this little 4-plex came on the market in 2019, I fell in love, and the rest is history. My mission has been to create a boutique vacation rental sanctuary for folks seeking sunshine, privacy, proximity to the beach, and great dining and shopping. I want people to experience things like a local when they stay here.

Below, I've included some before and after pics so you can see the transformation that brought this special little place to life.
